The idea orginally sprung from headcannons of Kate Week and I am just vehemently against the idea that Kate Sharma Bridgerton would live in a house of pastels and china so when and she and Anthony get married the house gets a whole new look ( don’t ask me how- they’re rich its possible to have a whole new interiors for them). There style would be vintage maximalism cause a) Anthony is sentimental and likes to preserve his family home and b) Kate may have simple personal style but she is a maximalist (fight me) , she likes her rooms to be filled with paintings, bright colours, flowers and sunlight. Kate would prefer jewel colurs but I am particularly attached to the idea that she likes green and turquoise. Also to note : they have huge gardens and a greenhouse for aesthetic purposes
